Essential Duties include, but are not limited to: -Oversee the timely delivery of inbound goods and outbound finished products. -Accurately track and document truck progress from receiving, through production and quality control, to shipping out the truck. -Coordinate with freight transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of outgoing trucks. Photographically document trucks prior to shipping -Confirm shipping details against documents such as pieces, weight, dimensions, destination, etc. -Maintain frequent communication with Sales team and notify personnel of production status updates and potential issues. -Create purchase orders and shipping documents including BOL’s and product manuals. -Work as a team member on other department processes and duties as assigned. -The desired candidate will possess these qualifications: -


Job Requirements

Experience dealing with freight coordination preferred

Education: beyond high school, 2 years college completion preferred (freight coordination experience considered in lieu of)

Ability to get in, out, and under truck chassis without difficulties

Good collaboration and teamwork abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication

Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Project a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, positive attitude that encourages customer and employee confidence and reflect the professional image desired by company. -

Excellent organizational and time management skills, detailed oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). -
