Administrative Assistant
Manufacturing plant in North Hollywood i looking for Office Support.
Responsibilities will include:
• Assist management by handling office tasks
• Answer phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
• Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person
• Provide customers product information and resolve product questions
• Provide price information
• Enter orders received from customers in our System
• Follow up open orders
• Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
1st Shift
Skills needed:
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude
• Organized
• Need to have experience using Excel and Word
• Good computer skills
• Ability to learn other software systems relatively easily Education and/or Experience:
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
