ResourceMFG is looking for Machine Operators in the Lexington Area

Shift: 2nd (3:40pm-11:00pm) & 3rd (11:40pm -7:00am) plus any Overtime


Job Summary: Perform production operations involving assembly machine. Adjusting & fitting parts, making equipment adjustments & performing minor repairs

Job Description:

  • 6 mos Experience preferred but not required
  • Operates machines
  • Pull/move component parts from & to inventory
  • Tumble rubber grommets
  • Move/load metal components to machine hopper.
  • Make basic machine repairs and pre-checks.
  • Generate stock labels on computer.
  • Weigh finished goods.
  • Set-up piece count scales.
  • Complete machine production log sheets, relocation log sheets, and computer entries.
  • Operate stand-up and fork trucks.
  • After the machine has been down due to maintenance, part rejections, etc., the operator has the authority to restart the process after the test pc verifications and test log are completed with no issues found.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all rules, regulations and work processes set forth by the company.
  • Maintain a safe working environment.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Job Requirements


  • Fork Truck experience
  • Prior manufacturing or other experience involving use or operation of equipment is preferred, but not required.
    Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Ability to sit & stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to learn how to operate all machines
  • Ability to work with small parts
  • Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
