Accounting/Admin Assistant Needed in East Houston!!
• Assist President with daily operations. • Answering phone, scheduling meeting, Filing, Typing, Copying, Scanning, Binding, etc. • Daily meeting with President to review daily reports and make corrective actions as needed. • Creating work orders. • Responsible for greeting and assisting office visitors. • Responsible for coordinating with Shop Foreman on supply ordering. • Complete required paperwork requirements for new Subcontracts. • Notarizing documents. Basic Accounting Duties will include, but not limited to: Creating invoices Accounts payable Accounts receivable Complete Certified Payroll (as required per Job) Daily monitoring of timesheet completion Run daily job reportApply Now
