ResourceMFG has an Office Assistant Position in LEXINGTON

This is a Temp to Hire Position - Apply TODAY, Interview Tomorrow

Shift: 1st (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Pay: $16\hr plus any Overtime

Job Description:


  • Processes accounts payables and receivables
  • Print invoices from suppliers and email invoices to customers
  • Electronically file invoices
  • Daily EDI billing
  • Call in trucks and process invoices
  • File customer and vendor invoices
  • Electronically file new part information for sales department
  • Receptionist duties
  • Prepare trial / sample part for shipment
  • All other duties assigned by management.


Ability to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  • Minimum 6 mos of general office experience
  • HS Diploma\GED
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals and general documents.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • Microsoft Office, email, internet, basic website functions, office equipment such as copiers, printer, faxes and computer system

  • Bending, twisting at the waist and bending at the elbow and wrist is a frequent (80%) requirement. 50lbs - 5% of shift...30lbs - 5% of shift...10lbs - 100% of shift.
