Title: Team Lead

Shift: 1st

Pay: $14 -$17 per hour (based on experience)

The Room Leader is responsible for ensuring high quality of packaging jobs by ensuring the use of cGMP processes, completing required documentation and managing the daily activities of staff.

• Assist in room/machine set up
• Complete requisitions for required materials in a timely manner to execute packaging job
• Ensure the room/area is kept clean
• Ensure SOP and cGMP are followed and understood by the packaging associates
• Assist in completing required documentation
• Provide guidance for any problems that may occur. Ensure machine shut down and notify appropriate parties if necessary.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Skills:

• Supervisor Experience
• Experience in a cGMP Facility a plus
• Mechanically Inclined
• Good Communication Skills
• Attention to Detail 
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends
• Good attendance record
• Must be able to pass a background check & drug test
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem solving skills
