BRIEF DESCRIPTION Under the direction of the Service Supervisor the Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring Customer Service responsiveness for all Service-related orders and maintaining our Turn-Around Time frame & Reliability. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides an exceptional level of customer service in line with companies core values. • Routes customer return merchandise authorization (RMA) issues to Engineering and or Sales for technical support as needed. • Quoting customers and answering phone inquiries. • Ensures customers are kept up to date with their Job repair status at appropriate intervals. • Follow up on customer orders and past due orders. • Maintains customer complaint log. • Documents and issues the correct Traveler for models received daily, assuring the correct type of Service needed is identified. • Expedites daily RMA Shipping Agenda. • Processing all items for Receiving. • Ensures that quality inspection is completed in a timely manner. • Processes scrapped units. • Ensures the RMA’s are taken to shipping throughout the day. • Processes re-grading and or remarking of returned units • Assists in maintaining B&K RMA logs. • Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS • Experienced in Administrative or Logistics based roles. • Technical background, identifying & resolving problems in an expeditious manner. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. • Customer service focused. • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. • Ability to work effectively within a team.
