Safely produce quality products while running a variety of similar machines performing similar functions (threading, reaming, turning, forming, etc.), at times with another team member. ? Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines. ? Run and meet standards of safety, production, and quality while operating specialty machinery to fabricate, manufacture, assemble, or move products. ? Conduct quality checks by inspecting parts with precision and measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers. ? Maintain activity and production logs on each shift to keep records of approved and defective parts and final product counts. ? Perform daily preventative machine maintenance. ? Identify machine deficiencies and suggest solutions. Basic Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
