ResourceMFG-Warren is now hiring Production Workers on 2nd and 3rd shifts for an automotive manufacturing factory in Warren. Entry Level Workers are welcomed. • 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm
• 3rd shift: 10pm-6am
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Please note all shifts are currently working overtime up to 8 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Production Worker Job Duties in the factory:

• Operate equipment to accepted safety and production standards to produce a top quality product.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in the factory utilizing 5S methodologies and in accordance with hazard assessment.
• Support the training and development of new manufacturing team members
• Perform all functions according to the Quality operating procedures.
• Maintain and verify all quality gauging, Poka-Yokes and mistake proof devices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify non-conforming material which includes identification, tagging, logging and proper disposition.
• Perform other general labor warehouse duties as assigned by area supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Move dollies of material.
• Stand the entire shift.
• Should be able to read, write, and understand English (working with interpreter acceptable).
• Should be able to use a calculator and perform simple math.
