Pay: $15 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM (1 hour lunch)
The contact center focuses primarily on managing our customers with both voice calls, incoming and outgoing phone contact, e-mail and web-based chat. As a fully functional contact center, we are here to assist with our customer’s needs; We offer multiple tier agents who can manage multiple forms of service whether voice and data communication. As we strive to serve our customer over digital service channels which is supported by advanced technology: email, global chat, zoho chat and voip contact.
