POSITION: Team Lead for Logistics -- Forklift Experience Needed 

Pay: $16.00  ($1 shift diff on 2nd shift  and .50 shift diff on 3rd shift) 

Team Lead will support production team members to ensure safety, compliance, accountability, & quality. Effective communication of procedures, employee coaching & development are critical for your success.  Lead person will follow all policies and procedures set forth by the Warehouse Supervisor.

1. Lead person will work with and supervise his team to ensure all follow up work instructions, safety guidelines and policies.
2. Support and follow up that trainings are being done correctly and according to the Logistic Onboarding training and Logistic Playbook.
3. Support to maintain and update SQDC board KPI’s in a regular manner with sense of significance.
4. Ensure the team is focused on supporting their tasks against the plan efficiently.
5. Support and supervision to receiving clerk on receiving shipments based on work instructions.
6. Maintain correct inventory in Warehouse Management System.
7. Ensure inventory First in First Out is follow.
8. Ensure parts are scanned out right to the line.
9. Review that all kanban labels in warehouse and production areas are in place and properly located.
10. Reviews SAP transaction JITB to make sure no reprocessing items exist due to lack or missed scanning to production.
11. Fills every end of shift a Handover report to management to follow up on issues that requires the support to be fixed.
12. Notifies Warehouse Supervisor if they notice any low counts or outages of any parts

Job Requirements

Forklift Team Lead + Certification 

SAP Experience 

Previous supervisory experience

Forklift certified

Communication skills

 Attention to Detail
