ResourceMFG has an exciting opportunity to work in the automotive industry in Rochester Hills!

• Title: Production associate
• Pay: $15 per hour
• $17 per hour (with perfect attendance)
• 1st shift: 5:30a-4p (OT hours are 4am-4pm)
• 2nd shift: 4p-2:30a (OT hours are 4pm-4am)
• Temp to hire

This position is assembling convertible tops for various vehicles. Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Utilizing small manual and power hand tools to assemble parts
• Inspecting parts for quality
• Packing and preparing parts for shipping
• Perform proper start up and shut down of machinery
• Consistently meet production standards

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to use small manual and power hand tools
• Ability to bend, stoop and stand for up to 12 hour shift
• Ability to lift and move up to 20lbs consistently throughout shift
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
