A packaging manufacturer located in Duarte is in need of a Junior Account Manager.
Schedule & Pay Rate: This is a temp to hire Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM $17.50-$20.00 DOE
Responsibilities:
Works to complete order information for production
Works with the customer to coordinate and collect all necessary information to complete the KIT for production
Works with quality control to provide examples, quote specs, customer packaging specs, sample of film, artwork, and bulk components by which specification standards are measured
Responsible for receiving, documenting, and submitting customer complaint paperwork to Quality for investigation
Interface with potential customers and gather leads to develop new business
