A Hispanics products distributor in Baldwin Park is in need of a Bilingual Customer Service representative.

  • Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays & OT)as needed
  • $17/HR-18 DOE
  • Long Term
  • 8:00A-4:30PM


  • Takes orders via phone or face to face from customers
  • May in processing purchase orders.
  • Communicates relating to orders and follows through process in sales order conversion. 
  • Communicates changes of delivery times, cancellations or delayed shipments. 
  • Upon arrival, required to review emails, enter sales orders/purchase orders, ensures accuracy of entry and processes through completion. 
  • Maintains open line of communication with sales team to resolve software, internal data and other issues via email/phone.
  • Monitors inventory and availability through in house system prior to confirmation of such orders.
  • Gathers data and scheduling for transportation of product for out of state customers.  Tracks transportation status until resolution is achieved.
  • Assist in coordinating next day routes to drivers based on internal assignments, processes and requirements.
  • Processes cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, invoices and other related paperwork.
  • Maintaining the distribution and logging of the UPC codes.
  • May performs other non-related duties as assigned or requested such as assisting back office in filing, retrieving and stamping paid/open invoices.

Job Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Must have minimum 2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
  • Experience with Order Entry, Sales Orders, UPC codes, order status and tracking is s must
