Join our manufacturing team in Kinston, NC.

ResourceMFG is hiring Production Associates as Window Glass Insert Installers for fast-paced production lines. Candidates must be quality and safety oriented. Will be primarily responsible to inspect glass panes for defects and position glass panes into window sashes (100 glass panes per hour) going down the production line.

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $14.00 an hour

Health, Dental, Vision benefits are available

Must be able to work 8, 10, 12 hour shifts. Mandatory overtime is frequently schedules. Monday-Friday, weekends as scheduled.

Exceptional candidates will be eligible to transition into full-time opportunity with manufacturer.

Job Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, work with fractions
• Use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift and/or carry 25 or more pounds
• Work while standing 8, 10, 12 hour shifts
• 1-3 years of manufacturing/production/assembly experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
