ResourceMFG has Manufacturing & Production Operator Positions in Georgetown

Shift: 

1^st shift 6:00am – 4:30pm  

3^rd shift 6:30pm – 5:00am. (shift starts Sunday night)  

*If overtime is scheduled, that will be an 8 hour shift.

Pay: $15.50\hr 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

• Work in a safe manner
• Follow written and verbal work instructions
• Ensure quality products by using the correct mix and following standard work instructions
• Meet manufacturing quotas
• Team work
• Great attendance

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 

• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and follow basic written procedures and instructions in English.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and averaging. 
• REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions. 

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit

• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. 

• The employee is required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

• The employee must regularly, on a repetitive basis, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
