Entry-level opportunity in assembly is now available in Kinston, NC.

ResourceMFG is hiring Production Associate (Metal Reinforcement Installer) to join our fast paced production team.

ResourceMFG's Production Associate (Metal Reinforcement Installer) will be primarily responsible to install and verify correct steel or vinyl bars into vinyl window sash while using drill and other tools.

While training on the job you will learn to determines correct steel to be inserted based on production ticket.

Pay: $15.00 an hour (including additional $1.00 shift differential)

Shift: 2nd Shift

Hours: Monday-Friday (weekends as scheduled)

- Must be available to work 8, 10, 12 shifts, as needed between 5:00PM-5:00AM.

ResourceMFG's Production Associate (Metal Reinforcement Installer) will become eligible to transition into full-time role with manufacturer after satisfactorily completing three-month probationary period.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift and/or carry 25lbs
• Experience in assembly/ fast paced production is preferred, but not required
• Must able to work with hand tools, pneumatic tools and electrical tools.
• Ability to add, subtract, work with fractions
• Use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure.
