Seeking Experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician for a Local Company!

Earn Weekly Pay, Great Benefits for this Temp to Perm Position (30-90 temp to hire position)!  

1st shift - $23/hr!  

The ?Facilities Maintenance Assistant ?is a blended role which is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of our client's facilities and equipment.

Maintenance Responsibilities Include:

Facilities 

• Support the Sr. Equipment Specialist with all facilities-related tasks such as maintenance, repair and build of production equipment and machines to ensure all equipment and the facility runs smooth and efficiently
• Heating and cooling system maintenance, repair and troubleshooting
• Install and maintain facility lighting
• Office desk(s) and chair(s) assembly, event setup and tear down, move furniture and workstations
• Maintain a clean, well-organized and debris-free facility at all times
• Support facility security including preparing for fire inspections and making improvements where necessary 
• Assist with trash and pallet disposal
• Coordinate with outside vendors for electrical, HVAC, plumbing services, or other facility need
• Occasional snow removal before normal operating hours
• Provide on-call support for emergency situations

Material Handling 

• Support raw materials receiving process including vendor/order inspection, safe forklift and/or pallet jack operation, move and store raw materials safely and securely in accordance with OSHA regulations and facility safety rules 
• Handle all material (hazardous and non-hazardous) organization and storage for HP Indigo printer operators
• Help load and unload truck deliveries utilizing a sit-down forklift
• Support material inventory and ordering process
• Handle trash and pallet disposal

Mechanical Technologies 

• Maintain both heavy and light electrical systems, circuits and loads across the facility
• Handle all machinery installation, setup, and disassembly on large scale digital printing

Job Requirements

Maintenance Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3-5 years previous maintenance experience 
• Must be flexible with hours
