Shift: 1st - 7:00 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Thursday)

Pay: $12.50\hr

Job Description:

Responsible for performing manufacturing activities for the Animal Safety Mfg operation; also referred to as Machine Operator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manufacture products according to approved batch records and Standard Operating Procedures.
Fill and package manufactured products.
Label and palletize manufactured products.
Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks and barrel handlers.
Assist with maintaining organization of warehouse including inventory control.
Clean manufacturing equipment and manufacturing areas.
Assist with identifying areas to improve efficiency.
Follow written procedures and maintain cGMP compliance.
Maintain manufacturing equipment.
Assist with physical inventories.
Assist with cleaning of all areas of the facility and grounds.
Record data and information as requested by supervisor, including but not limited to time tracking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and follow basic written procedures and instructions in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to work with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and averaging.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.

Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee is required to stand; walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly, on a repetitive basis, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
