Description

Family owned business has a great opportunity in Orange, CA for an Office Clerk who would like to grow with the company.

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Pay $16.00 an hour

Performance to Hire

Bilingual Spanish preferred

This position will turn into a Supervisor role in 1 to 2 years

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Filing
  • Data processing
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Faxing
  • Envelope stuffing
  • Mailing/Sorting
  • Message delivery
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office clerk, office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Self starter
  • Think outside of the box
  • Reliability
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
