Essential Functions • Data Entry 45 WPM; types work orders. • Proofreads for spelling, layout, pricing errors, and making appropriate changes. • Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy. • Fax, email final quote to customers/dealerships. • Establishes, develops, and maintains filing system for all work orders. • Retrieve missing information as needed from customers/dealerships. • Works independently and within a team of Sales. • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands this is largely a sedentary role; however, filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Required Education and Experience • At least 2+ years of strong organizational office experience. • At least 2+ years of Data Entry and 10 key by touch, computer skills, experience • At least 2+ years of customer service work experience • Must type at least 45 WPM
