Description

We are seeking a Production Planner for a Circuit Board Manufacturer in Longmont. 

1st shift - Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm 

Pay - $25/hr (may pay more based on experience)

As the Planner, you will be responsible for releasing work orders based on materials availability and the production schedule as well as  prioritize the work orders in production to support work order due dates to ensure customer commits are met as well as identifying and escalating all bottlenecks.

Duties include:

• Release & maintain manufacturing work orders.
• Monitor material alignment to work order release dates.
• Communicate priorities to the stockroom, set up and manufacturing in accordance to production planning and master scheduling.
• Identify, resolve and escalate bottlenecks.
• Support physical inventory.
• Coordinate and ensure timely resolution of MRB.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of stock purges in WIP.
• Transact scrap.
• Manage sub-assemblies inventory through to issuance of parent assemblies.
• Support all corporate and site 6S objectives. 

Job Requirements

Planner Requirements:

• Ability to utilize ERP system (Epicor) & understand MRP
• Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing system (OCuity).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Must be a team player and highly motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s Degree, APICs CPIM certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience planning in contract electronics manufacturing.
