Description

A tortilla manufacturing company is seeking a line lead to join their production team.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:30am-12:00pm (weekends and overtime as needed)

Pay Rate: $16.00-$17.00/hr 

Job Duties:

• Direct work assignments and schedule breaks for assigned area assuring that all company policies
• Meet or exceed productions targets 
• Create positive work relationships, and involve others in working collectively towards the achievement of the department and plant goals
• Monitor compliance with all safety and qualify standards including Good Manufacturing Practices in assigned area and ensure completion 
• report any equipment failures to supervisors and maintenance for assigned area
• Responsible for printing needed documents 
• Work closely with supervisors to ensure quality 

Job Requirements

• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Proficient in computer systems (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)Ability to read and write English
• Ability to count and basic math skills
• Ability to stay focused, work efficiently, and deliver results both alone and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for 8+ hours
• Packing or assembly line experience
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Certification in forklift operation preferred, but not required
