ResourceMFG is seeking 1st Shift Welding candidates for a pontoon boat manufacturing factory located in Lansing. This is a great position for someone with experience in fabricating or welding. 

• 1st Shift: 6am-4:30pm, Mon-Thur
• Pay: $14.42 per hour 
• Temp to hire
• Sign On Bonus: $250 after 30 days

Welding Job duties include:

• Weld aluminum parts together using both MIG and TIG welding.
• Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
• Production welding in a team environment.
• Maintain welding area in a safe, organized and clean manner.
• Keep welding equipment properly maintained.
• Other warehouse duties may be assigned
