Description

Production associates needed for immediate start on all shifts in an automotive manufacturing factory in Battle Creek. These are entry level positions so if you have previous warehouse, food service or retail experience, and are able to stand for your entire shift, this could be the job for you. • 1st shift: 6:30am-3pm, $13.00 per hour
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10pm, $13.50 per hour
• 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am, $13.75 per hour
• $200 Sign On Bonus!
• Monthly Retention Bonus-extra $2/hr for every hour worked the previous month!
• Voucher for steel toes after 2 weeks
• Temp to hire
• Safety Precautions include daily temperature checks and health screenings and face masks are provided. 

Production associates in the factory will be:

• Performing the specific duties of the assigned position using standardized work practices.
• Ensuring quality products through proper handling and inspection of parts and processes.
• Understanding and completing production role in supporting and maintaining all regulatory standards 
• Maintaining a safe work environment in the manufacturing factory
• Other warehouse duties in factory as assigned
