Distribution Associate (Cherry Picker Operator)

2^nd shift: Monday-Friday 11 am-8 pm

$13.50 an hour

Job Description:

This position is working as a distribution associate for a local distribution company. This position will include order picking, usage of an RF scanner gun, and general warehouse duties. This is a temp to hire opportunity.

Job Requirements:

• Background in food distribution is a bonus!
• Forklift Experience
• Must be able to read English, count accurately, do simple math, and write English legibly.
• The ability to learn to operate material handling equipment is required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, dependable and able to fulfill obligations.
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for an extended period of time.
• The ability to follow directions and being careful about detail is extremely important.
• Familiarity with general warehouse operations and radio frequency equipment is beneficial.
