Beverage Facility
Fountain Valley, CA

QC assistant position 7am - 4pm / Monday - Saturday

Job Functions:
Startup, verify and release Lines of production and pre-operation check,
Every 2 hour line check to go down stairs for random sample from production line.
Inspection of product on density, acidity, sugar content, pH and so on.
Prepare paperwork, Record and document the inspection results legibly.
Cleaning, drying and sanitizing glassware.
Dump trash and housekeeping

Must

· At least one year QC experience

· Accept clean room environment as same as other machine operator position.

· Great Punctuality

Preferred

Food industry experience
GMP and HACCP knowledge
Good Documentation Practices
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must possess the ability to sit in a normal seated position for extended periods of time; stand in place for long periods of time; walk; balance; bend, stoop and kneel regularly; talk or hear. This position requires the employee have the ability to have full range of upper body motion in order to lift stock. The employee may be expected to lift, move and carry records, documents and samples typically weighing 30 pounds or less. Must be able to go up and down the steps because QC lab is located on 2nd floor. Requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods of time as well as fine finger and broad manual dexterity, and eye-hand-foot coordination in order to operate equipment.

Work Environment

Assigned work is performed in QC lab. Working conditions consist primarily of a temperature-controlled environment, with occasional outdoors work. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Job Requirements

QC experienced with food is a plus
