ResourceMFG is hiring Machinists in the Mocksville area!!

Temp position will last for 6 months willing to pay up to $30, because of temp position.

Pay: $21

Shift: 3rd shift

Job Duties:

-Will be working with 5 axis CNC mills.

-Will work with several different brands: Mori Seiki, Hermle, Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori, Doosan.

-Will be cutting stainless steel into rotary screw and impellers for air compressors.

• Employees will operate 2 machines at once and the cutting cycle time is usually 15-30 minutes per part.
• It’s more similar to a job shop environment than production runs.
• Usually orders are from 25-50 parts. Should know basic G code editing, but don’t need to do any programming.
• They should be able to do their own machine tooling set ups.
• Being able to read digital and manual micrometers/calipers is necessary.
• Should be able to convert from standard to metric system for example, from microns to millimeters.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with CNC mills: 5 axis
• Familiar with different brands  (Mori Seiki, Mazak, Okuma)
• Must have experience with G- coding editing
• Must be able to read micrometers and calipers
• Must be able to convert from standard to metric system
• Must be a to work in a machine shop type environment
