Job Information Description JOB PURPOSE: To produce precision/close tolerance parts in accordance with written documents. Performance Standards Responsible for producing precision parts within required tolerances. Responsible for inspection of precision product utilizing various precision measuring and gauging tools and visual checks. Make offset adjustments, change and adjust tooling, and maintain fluids. Operate and load bar feeder and measure bar stock. Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers. Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T. Ability to call up programs, offset tools and has an overall knowledge of basic CNC machine operation. Setup/Operate multiple machines at a time as required. Must be willing to work off shifts as required. Must be able to collect and analyze data, maintain and analyze process control charts and records accurately. Must use product/process control plans, SORs work instructions, etc. per requirements. Must be able to work in cutting oils, and metal working coolant. Will be responsible for maintaining neat and orderly workstation. Ability to work in Metric units. Job Requirements Training/Education High School diploma or GED required. Previous CNC machining experience or CNC technical/college level classes preferred. Basic math skills required. Computer literacy required. Must be willing to attend training courses required by management. GD&T course and/or Training SPC course and/or Training Blueprint reading and/or Training Apply Now
