These positions are temp-to-hire which means you will go FULL-TIME and ResourceMFG is here to support you during conversion.

Salary Information:  

• Earn $14/hour to start
• Receive an additional $.25/hour pay increase after 6 months

Basic Job Duties: 

• Safely operate preprogrammed automotive manufacturing equipment. (PAID training offered!)
• Work as a team to accomplish production goals. 
• Maintain a neat and tidy factory work station. 
• Report to the Factory Supervisor for direction (local team, homegrown leadership).

Job Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Ability to work overtime if necessary
• No Previous Manufacturing or Production Experience Required - We Pay for Training!
• NO High School Diploma/GED Required!
