Job Requirements

New associates will be trained to:

• Operate press machines and produce quality parts

• Asist other team members in production line

• Produce rubber components pieces

• Learn the designed specifications for each part Job requirements:

• Pass a vision screening

• Work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to do repetitive work

• Lift up to 35 lbs

• Responsible for quality control

• Verbal and written communication
