ResourceMFG is seeking a Blasting Technician for our Magnolia, TX client.

Temp to hire.  Immediate Need!  Starting at $16-17 an hour.    1st shift

• Complete all blasting and bonding required on small parts
• Operate stand alone blast cabinet
• Hand paint bonding agent onto small parts
• Clean metal parts using solvents and blasting methods

Job Requirements

• Must have least 1 year+ of blasting / sandblasting / painting experience
• Must be agreeable to 10+ hour work days
• Must have stable attendance 
• Arrival time (in warehouse) is no later than 6:50AM. Work start time is 7:00am
• No cell phones allowed on production floor
• Must be able to follow verbal and documented instructions
• Have good time management skills
• Good English communication is required
• Must have good work history and made under a $16 hourly pay rate (in previous positions; no exceptions)
• Live within a 20 mile radius of Magnolia, TX 77355
