ResourceMFG is Hiring Production Operators!

Performance to Hire Job Opportunity

Location: Mooresville, IN

Schedule: 1st 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM & 3rd 5:00 pm - 5:00 am 

2-3-2 (every other Saturday & Sunday)

Pay rate: $16.50-$17.00 per hour

Job Summary:

Company produces quality resin products at different work stations using various equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Works efficiently in producing quality product

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment

• Participates and abides by all company and safety policies

• Frequent lifting and carrying items up to 55 pounds requires bending, and reaching Machinery and equipment operation Standing, walking, squatting, pushing, and pulling throughout shift

Job Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience

Must have ability to lift up to 55 pounds

Must have ability to work with materials, operate machinery and equipment

High School Diploma or GED require

Work schedule may involve overtime and weekends
