Job description:
Customer Service Inside Sales: • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers. • Receive, review, and process quotes by telephone, email, and fax •Quote follow up by phone and or email. •Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. •Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Prepare RMAs, and warranty claims •Keeping up with product and service information and updates. •Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. •Upselling products and services. •Closing sales and achieving sales targets. •Communicate often with Production, Accounting Department •Any other duties as needed.
