Description

We are seeking Production Operators for a ceramic production facility located in the Golden / Lakewood area! These are temp to hire positions that offer weekly pay and benefits and offer tremendous room for growth! 

Shifts - 

• 1st shift - Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm 
• 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm 
• 3rd shift - Monday - Friday 8 pm - 6 am 

Pay - $16-17.20/hr - based on experience

Production Operator Duties include:

• Loading materials into kiln and unloading kiln
• Operating machinery
• Utilizing a computer system for tracking
• Using hand scales
• Operating forklift 
• Material handling

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not necessary
• 6 months production or manufacturing experience
• Understand and act on verbal and/or written instructions
• Read/interpret standard and metric measurements
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Knowledge of handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, etc.
• Assess product quality deficiencies to determine disposition; reporting to appropriate person
• Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening skills
