Description

Part Time Phone Support position open with small manufacturing company in the Everett area through ResourceMFG.

Are you looking for a part time position where you can use your phone and customer service skills?  Local manufacturing company is searching for a part time employee who can help making outbound calls to vendors and suppliers.  

Pay: $16/hr 

Shift: Flexible but ideally looking for 15-20 hours per week, open to either a few hours per day or a few days per week.  Monday-Friday only. 

Phone Support Duties would include: 

  • Outbound calls to vendors and suppliers, inquiring on part orders and estimated shipping times for parts. 
  • Email and basic data entry. 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Professional communication skills 
  • The ability to make a high volume of phone calls 
  • Data entry skills
  • MS Office Suite knowledge a plus
