ResourceMFG is recruiting for Production Associate Positions in Church Hill, TN

Hiring Immediate Starts

Full-time hire eligibility after 30 days on assignment!

Start your new year off right with a fantastic new job opportunity.  This is a fast-paced production environment producing quality rubber goods for vehicle manufacturers. Jobs consist of cutting, trimming, molding, material handling and extrusion. Plenty of overtime!  Family-oriented atmosphere!  New hire classes starting as early as January 18, 2021!

 Pay Rates Based on **Shift:

$13.50/hr - 1st Shift

$14.25/hr - 2nd Shift

$14.50/hr - 3rd Shift

**Candidates must be open/flexible to working any shift.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to work high OT demands - possible 12 hr shifts, possible 7 days per week
• Have reliable transportation
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Have or can obtain steel toed shoes or boots
• Able to stand in a non-climate-controlled environment for long periods of time
• Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing or related field
