We have an opportunity for a Operations Coordinator at one of our manufacturing clients! 

As an Operations Coordinator, you will work alongside product and category leadership and provide support to many aspects of the business, including: administrative, product categorization, and manufacturing operations.

Pay: $14-$15 per hour

We are looking for a coordinator with:

  • Experience with Word and Excel with picot table required
  • Experience as a Warehouse clerk 
  • Related Business, Computing or Engineering experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse clerk role
  • Assist with conducting analysis using MRP systems
  • Assist in reviewing safety stock measurements and criteria
  • Perform evaluation of transportation methods and procedures
  • Ability to review data in order to conduct root cause analysis and provide summary
  • Facilitate engineering changes using existing documents and processes
  • Assist with development of work instructions for training purposes
  • Notify supervisor of non-conforming product and notify supervisor of unsafe equipment or work practices.    
  • Reviewing BOM’s in order to verify correct part numbers and consumption rates are used, adjusting as required
  • Manufacturing production environment
