ResourceMFG in partnership with Yamaha is seeking Assemblers highly motivated to work in a team environment and interested in working 1st shift!

First Shift Hours:  6:00am - 3:30pm

• Ability to use power tools in manufacturing plant
• Gathering parts for assembly
• Able to read/understand written instructions to assemble parts
• Working on an assembly line with hands and tools
• Working in fast paced manufacturing environment

Incentive Program:

We are offering an incentive program to all new ResourceMFG employees of $800 that will be paid out over a given time period. All eligible employees must work a minimum of 144 regular hours per month for the number of months eligible during the Bonus Period.

Referral Incentive Program:

Once employed, If you refer someone who successfully completes 120 working hours for any positions in Assembly, Forklift and/or General Labor roles you will receive a $250 bonus and all Welding referrals will receive $500.
