Description

This role will be responsible for the processing of returned and damaged parts sent in for warranty claims or return to shelf authorizations. Each warranty return will involve inspecting for damage and determining the cause of said damage, then entering the part and findings in a database. Determining part failure may require communicating with other team members and departments. Return authorizations will be inspected for complete kit or part contents as well as quality if needed and then returned to inventory

1st shift 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Job Requirements

This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent experience
• Pass background and drug screen

• Understanding of basic math

• Good communication skills (oral, writing and reading)
• Organizational Skills.
• Technical Capacity.
