Description

Production Associates needed for immediate start on 1st and 2nd shift in a manufacturing factory supplying automotive parts in the Romulus, MI area!  This is a great opportunity to work a contract to hire position with a UAW plant. 

  • Pay: $14.00 per hour
  • 1st Shift: 5:00am - 3:30pm
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00pm - 2:30am
  • OT may be required

Production Associate Responsibilities in the factory:

  • Assembling heater and A.C. units for Ford vehicles.
  • Operate automatic or semiautomatic machines in a continuous processing operation.
  • Assembling parts to form complete units at a bench or work station on a conveyor line in the factory
  • May include operations requiring the use of simple hand tools and/or activated power or special assembly tools.
  • Other general labor warehouse duties as assigned

  • Production experience in a Manufacturing factory or warehouse preferred
  • Ability to frequently bend, reach, or twist.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work.
  • Ability to frequently lift 25 lbs
