A Manufacturing Company in the Mt. Pleasant, TN area is immediately hiring energetic workers to fill Production Worker positions within a manufacturing environment.

This manufacturing position does not require any prior manufacturing experience. Successful candidates come from a construction background.

This opportunity will be supporting the Fabrication Process of foam and fiberglass on the Production Floor and Shipping Department.

Payrate and Work Schedule for the Production Worker:

• $10.00 per hour
• First Shift, Monday through Friday
• 7am to 3:30pm with OT paid at $15.00 per hour.

This is a general labor position in a manufacturing environment, hiring immediately. Associates will do basic manufacturing duties with on-the-job training.

Job Requirements

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds throughout shift
• No prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse work needed
• Ideal candidates who succeed in this position come from a construction background
• This position is currently working Over time. Associates must be able to work scheduled over time, and be able to start immediately
