ResourceMFG is hiring immediately for Production Associates in the Shelbyville area. This manufacturing position does not require any prior manufacturing, factory, or production experience. 

Production Associate Pay and Work Schedule:

• $11.80 per hour
• 1^st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 2^nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
• 3^rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Over time could be required in some positions
• Double time paid on your 7th day worked!

What Will You Be Doing as an Production Associate?

• Loading parts from bin onto conveyor belt
• Load finished parts from conveyor belt and package into container to prepare for shipment.
• General Production duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required for Machine Operator
• No prior manufacturing, factory, or production required
• Temp to Hire position based on attendance and work performance
• Associates will be working in a manufacturing environment
