Hiring Immediately for Manufacturing Payroll Benefits Coordinator in Senoia, GA!

Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (plus overtime as business requires)

Pay: $20/hr

Job Duties

• Processes payroll data in ADP payroll system including but not limited to making changes to current employee selections, new hire data, importing hours from Tru Time, commission check data, printing direct deposit and payroll checks, and transmitting direct deposit data.
• Processes payroll reports for accounts payable, safety, taxes, and 401K.
• Responsible for assisting with receptionist responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Excel and   Word.
•  Knowledge of electronic time clock software and out sourced   payroll system
•  Ability to work confidentially with payroll and benefit-related   data.
•  Good written and verbal communication skills
•  Detail-oriented.
•  Knowledge of UltiPro is a plus!

EDUCATION:

Associates Degree in accounting

3-5 years equivalent accounting experience.
