**On Bus Route**
Where: Lexington KY
Pay: $11 hrly
Hours: 6:30AM-3PM
Duties for OEM Assemblers:
Reports to foreman stand at beginning of shift for daily assignments. Works on different product lines as production needs require. Places parts in specified relationship to each other sometimes using an assembly fixture. Picks die cut parts out of foam planks. Operates assembly machines using buttons and foot petals. Assists various machine operators. Visually inspects in process and finished products for physical defects. Assembles boxes for finished product. Packs finished parts in boxes. Places labels on boxes as required. Keeps accurate count of parts completed. Performs housekeeping duties as needed and at end of each shift. Conforms to all safety rules and regulations. work stations within a work cell. Records labor information on tracking form and submits it to supervisor at the end of each shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
