RESOURCEMFG IS HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR ZF IN MARSHALL IL

The Following Shifts available:

$13/hr

Paid every Friday!

Final Assembly, production, Warehouse, & Material runner positions available 

-Climate controlled, Clean factory

-Subway located in the break room

Diploma / GED preferred but not required to start position.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Troubleshoot problems with equipment
• Perform maintenance whenever needed
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with and support the health, safety and environmental programs, polices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic reading and math functions 
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well in teams
• Excellent attention to detail

Physical Demands:

• Ability to operate a computer, keyboard and mouse
• Ability to use hands to handle, feel and grasp
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and stoop, kneel, reach/extend, bend, crouch or crawl
• Ability to occasionally lift/carry/push/ pull 30 pounds
