MIG TIG Welders needed on 1st and 3rd shift for the Harley-Davidson plant in York, PA

$18.25 per hour

$100 Sign on bonus (after 160 hours worked)

ResourceMFG is partnering with Harley-Davidson, one of world's largest motorcycle manufacturers, in York, PA

Job Details:

• Load and modify robotic programs
• Set up tooling
• Verify machine parameters, making periodic adjustments to maintain proper welding standards and quality 
• Operate robotic welding equipment by positioning parts using jigs, fixtures or similar equipment 
• Monitor welding process, utilizing visual inspection techniques to check quality of welds ability to inspect and repair frames 
• Evaluate defects for reparability, use appropriate tools for repair task, repairing defects as needed 
• Utilizing MIG, TIG and gas welding processes

• Must be able to work mandatory overtime
• Must be able to stand/walk 10-12 hours daily
