ResourceMFG has Entry Level Manufacturing positions available in a climate-controlled facility in Murfreesboro, TN. 

This is an Entry Level Manufacturing opportunity packaging and sorting food products in a factory setting.  No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start.  

Shifts: 

1st - 7:00am - 3:00pm 

2nd - 3:00pm - 11:00pm

3rd - 11:00pm - 7:00am 

Pay: $2 Incentive pay included until 1/15/2021

1st- $14.00

2nd - $14.50

3rd - $15.00 

Up to a $2.00 increase possible after you obtain production skills.

Manufacturing Job Description:

• Sorting food products within the manufacturing facility
• Quality checking of food production
• Eye for detailed product inspections
• Fast paced sorting and loading
• Cleaning up boxes/trash and general cleaning
• Sanitation of production lines and equipment
• Measuring food products
• Pushing totes of defective foods
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performs all other related manufacturing job duties as assigned by the area supervisor or lead

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

• No High School Diploma or GED required
• No prior manufacturing, production, or factory experience needed to start
• No previous experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, stoop and bend.

This is a full time; temp to hire position based on attendance and performance. We are hiring immediately.
