ResourceMFG is now hiring for a  skilled food Production Lead role with a popular food manufacturing company in Kent, WA! 

This is a long term opportunity to work with an iconic Seattle area company! Lots of room to grow!

Pay: $24+/hr

Shift: 9:45pm - 6:15am; Mon-Fri *flexible to work overtime 

Production Lead responsibilities:

• Direct a set up crew that prepares processing room
• Trains new employees and monitors performance
• Direct and motivate employees
• Maintain even flow of work

Job Requirements

Production Lead qualifications:

• 2+ years production/processing experience
• 2+ years lead experience
• Computer proficiency
• The ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Knowledge of basic math
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
