ResourceMFG has immediate temp to hire openings for 1st and 2nd shift Packaging Machine Operators in Kent, WA. 

Our client is a leader in jerky and snack production industry and offers tremendous room for growth! As the Production Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to ensure that quality standards are consistently met, the line meets schedule attainment and line efficiency standards, the mechanical operations run smoothly and the line workers are directed properly.  

Shifts / Pay : 

• 1st Shift - Monday - Friday 5:45am-2:15pm  - $23.50/hr (may pay more based on experience)

• 2nd shift - Monday - Friday 1:45 pm - 10:15 pm  - $23.50/hr (may pay more based on experience)

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 year production/processing experience preferred
• 1 – 2 years lead experience preferred
• Computer proficient 
• The ability to understand and follow work instructions
• Experience in packaging processes, including related system input requirements (1+ years in food manufacturing) 
• Experience with packaging equipment such as tape and labeling machines
• Reliable transportation
• Able to meet clients' specific hiring criteria
